This is a mixer far superior to others. Attachments are available for shredding. Ice cream maker, pasta and more. My mother had one for years. And she had 16 kids! It was used heavily, and yet, it never needed replacement. This is some testimonial to the maker.

I have a refurbished Kitchen Aid mixer and I love it!! Heavy enough for dough and cookies with a ton of mix-ins, yet gentle enough to whip cream. I’ve also used it for meat grinding and pressing pasta dough. I’d trade a new one for a Keurig coffee maker, tho, hint, hint!!!
