Congratulations. I have also won the prize. I responded to the email 5 hours after i received it. I got a response the next day. After they just send a contract thing for you to sign but you have to scan it and send it back to them. I was able to fax mine back. After a couple of emails back and forth, I received one of my prizes today. I believe they do send it separately. To answer your question. It does take time for them to send a response email. I got mine the day after.
