Koushite — Received my order couple days ago. Came beautifully packaged with 3-ring binder for tasting notes and expensive marketing info re club. There is a very good variety of reds - cabs, Pinot noir, Malbec, etc. All in all, appears to be a nice mix without a lot of repeats. I ordered on basis that Zagat has a reputation to maintain and can't afford to ship a lot of horrible tasting wine, especially if they want you to stay in the club - which I can 't afford even if they all taste great :)

RusT — This appears to be a mirror site to Laithwaite's (look and feel are the same, as well as the offers). I ordered from them to deliver to GA (they allowed this), and later found out the can't deliver here. (They actually shipped it before they figured this out, and had the shipment intercepted before I got it.) The real problem was they charged my credit card, and after numerous emails, calls, and complaints, it took FIVE WEEKS to refund the charges. It may be a good deal, but their customer service is lousy (even though they repsond quickly, they don't execute on what they say they'll do.) Hopefully when there are no clitches, this service works well, but watch out if you ever have an issue.

Guest — Going through all the wines in this shipment, I was disappointed with their taste. Then again I do work in a winery in California, so perhaps I'm biased, but there was no depth to these reds. I don't think I'll be making a wine purchase online again soon. Hard to beat something when you have the best in your region. Shipping was excellent and prompt through!
