Tina — Ashley, what exactly happens when you click browse? I have found that the user interface is not very intuitive. But, I think I have found the trick. Once you click browse, you locate the file on your hard drive. Then, you have to wait a few seconds until it uploads. Then, this little tiny picture of your picture appears. (That is not obvious at all!) Then, you HAVE to enter in a description where it says "Briefly describe the photo". If you don't you can't go any further (crazy). Once you do that, then click "Click to View Your Personalized Product". It will open up a new window, where you can then add it to your cart. You can't do this any other way. Give it a shot and let me know how it goes! Good luck!

Casey at BradsDeals — Hi Melita, the white boarder is showing up because the dimensions of the photo are not the same as the dimensions of the canvas, but you can fix that! If you are on the cart screen, click "edit" to go back to the product page. There's a button that says "Click to view your personalized product." Click it. This will open a window where you can edit your photo. If you click the crop icon (the first of 6 buttons on the right), you can use the tool to select the area of the photo that will appear on your canvas. It only allows you to select an area of the canvas in the proper dimensions, so it is really easy to us. Then you can preview the image and make sure it looks right before you submit your order. Let me know if you have any other questions!
