The 2013 Entertainment coupon book drops from $35 to $10.50 at Entertainment.com, plus it ships for free, when you sign up for annual renewal. This is the lowest price we have ever seen on the 2013 book. Please note, you will automatically receive $5 off your 2014 book, but, if you cancel your membership before you receive that book, you will be charged $5; which would bring this year's book to a total price of $15.50 - still an all time low. AC — If you add a second book, the second one shows at the $11. Is it possible Lindsay already bought a book from that computer and now her subsequent order for an additional book is $11? I can't figure out how to get it to $11 otherwise and I really don't want two books.

EdinNPBFL — What is more disappointing is that reading the FAQ section Brad says if we have a problem to post it in comments and it will be responded to in a "short period of time". It has now been 24 hours. FAQ I have a question or a problem with a deal or a coupon? The best thing you should do is either post a quick comment in the comments section for that deal or coupon. Click on the Comments "bubble" to get to the comments section. See here for deal example and coupon example. Marshnadine12345 — I tried to buy a book on Saturday at the discounted rate, and the lowest price it would give it to me was $20.13. I had signed up for a $5 dollar book in June of last year, I quit working during that time, and because I did not know when I would go back to work again, I bought 2 books. I don’t have a lot of extra money right now, and my sister who I was buying the book for, who would have hung up on me because she perceived my attitude as being rude to the CSR Jaime. She was the second person that I spoke to, and I asked simply to speak to a supervisor. Jaime was courteous, and she transferred me as quickly as possible to a supervisor, Rob who works in the PA office of Entertainment.com. I read to Rob, the advertisement in its entirety, and I then asked him to explain why I could not receive a book at the price that was advertised on Craig’s List? He could not give me an answer as to why the company would not honor it, but that he could sell me a book for $20.13. I told Rob that I would alert the media, and let them decide. Entertainment.com is selling the book for $23.00 TODAY on your site. I find it very disturbing that they make a commitment to sell it at the advertised price, AND THEY WONT HONOR IT. IN ADDITION, THEY GO UP ON THE PRICE? My sister made me check my account to see if I had the $11.00. Obviously, THEY DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT CRAIGS LIST. I HAVE ALWAS FOUND THAT ANYTHING ADVERTISED ON YOUR SITE WAS A GOOD DEAL. THATS THE REASON THAT I TRUST CRAIGS LIST. I CAN COUNT ON WHAT IS IN THE ADVERTISEMENT. I PERSONALLY THINK THAT YOU SHOULD PULL YOUR ADVERTISEMENTS WITH ENTERTAINMENT.COM. THEY DONT DESERVE ADVERTISEMENT ON CRAIGS LIST. ENTERTAINMENT.COM SALES WOULD HAVE GONE THROUGH THE ROOF. WHAT A PITY.
