Informed Consumer — Be very very leery of 1 sale a day. There is zero order cancellation. No returns. No shipping speed accountability, and almost non existent customer service. I have bought items from them before and they are soooo slow to ship and once you purchase there is zero recourse...take it or leave it. You get your item when they feel like it and there is zero you can do about it...All things considered you can usually find a comparable deal with a retailer who cares about customer satisfaction. If time of deliver or customer service doesn't matter there are "deals" to be found. Not one of Brad's best....

I personally have ordered from this company at least 6 times and, although I agree that shipping is sometimes slow, I've never had a problem with receiving items or billing. In fact, I had a defective item last month and was very impressed with the way they handled it.
