Selser — You just type in the zip code of where you live and then it will ask if you want to see the restaurants in a 1 mile, 5 mile,10 mile radius, etc. and there will be all your restaurant options. Make sure and click on the different denominations like $10 for $20 or $25 for $35 and read so you see how these work. They are amazing and my husband and I have been using them for years. Enjoy!

Shirley — I was very disappointed. I purchased twelve $25 certificates for my husband for Christmas and so far two of the restaurants we tried no longer accept certificates from restaurant.com. They said they had problems getting reimbursed and were having a hard time removing themselves from the site. Don't do it!!!

LAD — Wow, that's terrible! FYI, if this restaurant is anywhere in California, it may be doing something illegal by refusing. California consumers have serious protection when it comes to gift certificates, gift cards, etc. -

Lexus36 — I purchased a couple of these before Christmas. As my husband and I approached the first restaurant we wanted to try, we saw a big sign in the front window that read-We are not affiliated with restaurants.com and will not accept their certificates. I have not checked with the other 3 places I bought for, but thinking that I am glad I only payed $2 a piece for them! Even if they are available for purchase, you may want to call the restaurant personally and ask if they accept them.

Micav — Restaurants.com and Restaurant.com are 2 different sites. I have used restaurant.com for several years and have not had trouble. If a restaurant quits participating, you'll get to exchange your certificate for a new place.

IaBorn — Restaurant.com used to have excellent customer service. Their BIGGEST FAULT, they continue to sell certificates after the resturant has closed or is no longer accepting certificates. I have called notifying of closures and it took many reminder calls and MONTHS for them to discontinue selling. One participant called MANY times to have certificate holders aware "no longer honoring" although the site removed the restaurant from the selection there was no notification. (learned the hard way -fought thru rush hour traffic on the other side of town I EXPECT better service from my retailers especially when the information was out there, and they neglected to look out for me, their customer)

Lwa — I love Love LOVE Restaurant.com and have LOVED them for years....I have NEVER had any problems with my certificates and will continue to use Restaurant.com and continue to LOVE it for many more years!!!! Dseelbach — I have bought MANY of these cards & went to book a reservation at the ONLY restaurant nearest to us ( 30 miles ) & it was gone from Restaurant.com site and I began to freak out. I called (chat line) and Larry tells me "they're no longer participating in the program" so I went further, I contacted the restaurant myself & they were happy to honor my card & took my reservation. So do some homework laBorn & don't just take their word. Good Luck & keep searching for restaurants and go to their "find answers page on their site". Took me awhile to get around the site but it's very informational.
