Kevin C Senning — I ordered this on the 15th. JUST got this from them. Thank you for your recent order for the Homedics Pillows from Graveyardmall.com. While we strive to deliver all goods, occasionally we do run into a problem. Last week we ordered, AND PAID FOR, 5000 sets of Homedics Pillows. Unfortunately, our vendor has advised us that they do not actually own the pillows and cannot shop them to us. We are horrified and embarrassed by this unexplainable turn of events and there’s no way we’ll be able to apologize enough for this mishap. Beginning immediately, we will be refunding these orders. This may take 2-3 days to accomplish and may take an additional 1-2 days before the credit shows back to your CC or Paypal account.
