Josephinemudge — I was gifted a 6 month's delivery of fruit. The pears have rust spots, scratches and other blemishes on them. Too bad the giver did not let me know before ordering. I would have said NO WAY. Last year's gift was the same. Most of the fruit was inferior. If you want to see what you are giving, send yourself the same thing.

Chris Keel — I have NEVER heard of anyone not liking H&D pears. I have a feeling this person would be impossible to buy for, no matter what. Plus, fruit having blemishes is not a big deal - unless you plan on keeping it on display instead of eating it.
