Cpeacoe — i received a shipped status on my order that was placed a week ago and have an invoice number as well and was told in an email that my item would shipp UPS. still no tracking number, and no merchandise. i emailed customer service and no response. i know you are busy but this isnt a good way to handle a first time customer that would highly recommend you if i could.
