American Express introduces the new PASS card to current card holders. This new prepaid card is designed for teens (the minimum age of use is 13), as it is reloadable and can be used like a debit card. A minimum balance of $25 is necessary to start and then with your first reload of $25 or more, American Express will credit your card another $25 for free with code PSSB25 when you reload. Your card may take up to 10 days to arrive and the $25 recharge must be on an activated card and completed by 10/1. For more information about the PASS card, click here. Darlene — I ordered 3 cards under 1 parent name, and load 25 on each on them, and got 25 credit on each of the account. So u can get total of 75 for free ^.^ And the box that the card comes in, beautiful ^.^

mjkelly — I ordered one for myself --- the order went through, so it appears to work fine. Their info says you can only have ONE CARD PER NAME, and I'm sure the name will appear on the card and the person will have to sign/show ID, so I am not able to order multiple ones as I don't really have "teens" to use them -- want to use it myself! :) So it's ORDER...RELOAD IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT...USE THE CARD UP AT WALMART RIGHT AWAY...THEN CANCEL THE CARD BY 10/1 to avoid fees. Great deal!

Karyn Kirkland — what is this RELATED offer to the right. it gets you to the actual amex page.... nothing to do with the pass card unless you search the site for it. However, I am concerned because it says expires 8/31. If i just ordered the card now... prob wont get it by 8/31 to reload. I know the service fee of $3.95 wont get charged until 9/1... but when do you actually have to reload it by to get the xtra free $25 ?? Thanks

You can find the PASS card page easily by clicking through this deal- rather than searching. You will get your $25 credit if you reload by October 1 of this year. They also have a very extensive FAQ section for the PASS card, if you have more questions that we are unable to answer. Hope this helps!

Cyn C. — Just called Amex's customer service #. Was told that the bonus $25 will take 4-6 weeks to get credited to my account. So for those planning to cancel the acct. before 10/1, they may not get the $. Or they'll get it and have to pay the $3.95 monthly fee for October. Bummer.

yolanda — I reloaded my card and it never gave me a place to add the "PSS..." code to be able to receive the extra $25. I then called Am Ex and they told me would take anywhere from 6-8 weeks to get the extra $$$. I'm afraid that by then it will be pass the 10/1 date to deactivate - so much for that offer.
