Brian — I bought the same model at the beginning of December from RIM's website for $189 (after a $10 off coupon). Shipping was free and no tax.

Tim Bone — This is a great deal, but I would caution you that the Blackberry operating system will go the way of the HP Touchpad WebOS when HP discontinued the line last year. Just make sure you will be content with an operating system that may no longer be supported (sooner than later, from what I'm reading) and for which app developers are already not keen on developing and would abandon without hesitation if BB discontinues the line and/or switches in the future to Android. Just something to think about.
