Even with shipping that begins at $6, this is $20 off the list price for the set. That's not hard to believe since the shampoo is priced around $8, the chapstick around $3 and the Gud brand products from $8-$12. The set comes with a random selection of 13 Burt's Bees and Gud (made by the same company) products and has a nearly perfect rating from 270 reviews. Note that the code may only work for new customers. Shipping is free with any $49 order. Note that some customers have had a hard time accessing the site. We used Firefox as our browser with no problems. Sales tax is charged in most states.

ANNE — Great Deal but they still dont have the right servers. The STUPID IT dept and the Servers are set wrong, Their ISP for one area is correct and your can purchase the item but for the rest of us NOTHING and this is the third time since thanksgiving that they offered this item and most of us still cant get them. I bet when you call tomorrow to customer service they still give you the line "sorry we cant do a on line order because we use the same system you do and we cant get into the system either" So tired of those excuses.

Nickki — Funny the links take you in to the site but no link at all for Holiday Grab Bag , do a search and nothing come up for Holiday Grab bag or even grab bag, I cant even sign into my account. I would say fire their IT people or whoever is responsible for this problem. I also am Ticked off of trying since Thanksgiving and having multiple problems. Their Customer service dept, is as capable as the call centers For SEARS and AT & T in other words incompetant and not willing to help, they cannot even take an order over the phone? How can Burts Bees stay in Business? Also this should not be offered as a Deal of a day it should have been fully checked out

Plfries — I don't understand the problems other people are having. When I went to their website, I looked under gift sets for the grab bag and it was right there so I put it in my cart. I put SPRING12 as the promo code and it gave me the $5 off. I then put a couple of more things in my cart so that I would have over $40 to get the free shipping and my order was complete. I don't know what 'IT' issues there are or why it affects certain people and not others.

MrsCollett — Had no issues with this. Clicked on the link and it took me right to the grab bag ( it is in the outlet section for those trying to search for it). The code took $5 off so for me it amounted to free shipping. Use all caps for the code - BBEES12 works also.

Dawn at BradsDeals — Hi all, I've tested this a few times with no issues. I suggest clearing your cookies and trying out a new browser. The blue letters in the post should take you directly to the gift bag. The $5 does only come off of one bag. Also, free shipping is for orders over $40 so it doesn't have to be 2 gift bags, but can be an assortment of other items. The site did freeze up a time or two, probably during big traffic times. I hope this information helps any of you who are still interested.

Freespirit — I just placed another order for 2 holiday grab bags plus a bar of soap. I understand everyone's frustrations as I too went thru it before Christmas. I spent hours and hours trying to get a order placed and when their site was finally working,they were sold out. I emailed them and they did let me know when they were back in stock. I went ahead and placed the order thinking I wouldn't get it in time since I opted for free shipping. It was here in 4 days. I couldn't believe it. I made several gifts out of the 2 bags.both bags had the same products in them but I was pleased with the contents and so were the people I gifted items to. I got the vanilla scent in their other companies products. I love the scent but not to wear but the people I gifted it to loved it. I am hoping to get the orange this time as I would love to try it. As far as the code goes use SPRING12 in all caps and it will work. The 5.00 off is not on each gift bag,just off your order. For those of you that can't find the gift bag..look under gifts or outlet. It popped right up for me but this has been one crazy website since thanksgiving. Good luck to everyone trying..it might be a hassle but it is so worth the money plus they make nice products. Nickki — Oh Boy: Customer service cant help, they claim it's their ISP problem (still from prior to thanksgiving) SO Depending on which server you are accessing you can either have problems or able to order. That comes directly from Customer Service who cannot take an over ober the Phone. bad Business practice, customer wants to order and she cannot due to ISP which is the same problem as the customer service has? How can this company survive?

Ashley — What a Rip Off; Been trying for about two weeks, all different hours of the day and night and still nothing, The system locks up and for some reason I still cannot place a REGULAR order. The e-mail the company sent me saying the grab bag was in stock took me to a bad Link. I have tried in different physical P.C.'s to access that link and the link is still bad. I think it is funny that a company can send you a bad link to order the product.

Itz-dee — The price is $25 per bag - NOT $20. They give you a "hive" credit of $5.00 (no matter how many items you purchase). The shipping for FedEx GROUND is $6.00, and they also charge tax. Shipping is only Free on orders over $49 after the credits. So if you buy two bags you can expect to pay about $55 after credits, taxes and shipping.

Anne — Doesnt work, Clearing cookies and SSL freeze up ? HA HA tried at midnight through 5am CST and system still froze been trying different days at different times and system ALWAYS freezes up. I am not just trying at home, I have gone to other locations that offer WIFI and have used other pc's and other friends also have the same problems. I guess Burts bees doesnt really care since many of us have posted to Facebook page and attempted to contact the company and Nothing. Very disgusted therefore hesitant about any of BradsDeals. Your promoting this and you had problems yourself. Honest attempts still dont work. make sure you fully check your sources.
