Nanci — We signed up for the card, after getting many offers in the mail saying we'd get $100 cash back, including balance transfers, which is what we were planning to do. When we called to make the balance transfer and reminded them of the offer, we were told that it didn't apply (we had the paper to prove it!) and that not everyone gets the $100 back...they randomly choose...needless to say, we did do a balance transfer and we cut up the card....

Belsmere — Ugh, Chase is a horrible company to do business with IMHO. They caused me so many problems I've sworn never to do business with them. False advertising big time and I'd almost call it a scam. Beware of this company...

Brad from BradsDeals — For what it's worth, I haven't seen an offer where you get $100 from only doing a balance transfer. I don't think that is the offer here, either. $800 in spending only.
