Stephen at BradsDeals — We tested the link again and it still works for us. One troubleshooting tip is that if you have your settings so that you use facebook in https whenever possible, the video won't work. Try that out and let us know if it still doesn't work for you.

Ryan — It's not just that the video won't play, it's that the page doesn't load at all. I'm getting this error, and from the comments on their wall, it looks like other users are as well. I tried it in Chrome and Internet Explorer. Error 118 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out.
