Judysivak — I ordered this when the deal was still valid. It showed up all right, and then didn't upon finalizing the order (actually, it said the correct price but that the cost of shipping was "owed". When contacting Coldwater Creek, they said you could only get it if you were a new customer? I asked to not have the item shipped and they have not honored my request.

Jenmob104 — On original order screen the free shipping code showed and the shipping charge was zero. Once order was placed, the order confirmmation showed 9.95 in shipping. Now fighting with CWC for.refund. ALSO CWC charged 20% sales tax when actual sales tax is 10% Trying to get that refunded also. They must make a lot of money over charging on tax and charging for "free" shipping.

Jenmob104 — This seems to be happening on a lot of the Cold Water Creek deals. If you read all of the comments with this deal and then start looking at other deals and you will see the same problem. I know I wont buy anything else from them as they seem to not consistently honor their deals that they advertise.

Jenmob104 — I had the same problem and am now arguing with customer service for my refund. Check your sales tax amount. I was charged almost 20%, when the sales tax is actually 10%.
