This is the best price we could find on this lawnmower anywhere. It has a 675 Briggs and Stratton Gold Series 190cc* engine and can cut through tall grass with no priming. Think of Brad's Deals as a newspaper that "reports" on good deals. We don't sell products or vouchers for discounts. We simply curate and explain them. If we make a mistake or typo, we fix it but, similar to an actual newspaper, we can not change the news. I'd love to get everyone the lawn mower for $150 but that isn't possible. Estarianne — LOL. You are new to the internet? The lawnmowers are sold by, and advertised by, Sears. Brads is a DEALS site! They get paid some for "clickthroughs" if you go to the website in question, but are not part of that corporation. They tell you about deals, they dont advertise products. They might or might not have a lawnmower but I doubt it is for sale. 98% of users will get this. The other 2%, not sure what the staff does about them, glad I dont work here! Do that many people really think this is a store even though the blog post said "Sears advertises..."? If I told you that Sears had a lawnmower for $150 would I owe you one too.

Estarianne — The law doesn't even say that anymore, so you suck at lawyering. Even if they did sell lawnmowers they would not have to honor the price. Web stores make typos all the time and cancel sales after the fact with no legal ramifications. Those of us online longer than a week have learned this the hard way- go ahead and lawyer up though hon, and take video, we want to watch 8-)

bhm — FYI, you do not escape responsibility just because you are on the internet and/or you are not the original seller. The legal response posted above, although a little over the top, is accurate. If your repeat libel or slander, you are just as responsible as the original author of the information and can be prosecuted as so. BRADS DEALS should employ more editors to make sure they don't become responsible for misinformation. IF however they mitigate the issue quickly with retracted adds or coupons or etc. they would not be found as responsible. Long story short, its unlikely anyone would spend the money or time to move forward on this unless it was SEARS. BRADSDEALS would be smart to re-mediate some of this poor poor customer service.

It saves you time from searching the internet and they get you some additional deals and discounts because of their large following they can bring to companies. They don't have to honor anything.
