It's kind of hidden on the left-hand side. If the order has gone through and online customer service is unable to help you get the discount, their # is 800-617-4686. Jamiepowellsmull — Thank Caitlin and Stephen, I called buydig and they said the coupon doesn't work for the flipcam because it would be $12 under cost and there is no way that they could honor it. Does this make sense?

We just tested out the coupon and the discount still applies, but it looks like the only time you can enter the code is right after you add the camcorder to your cart (look on the left-hand side of the screen and scroll down a bit). It is marked "Special Offer Codes". I hope this helps!
