Jazzpants — I also ordered a pair. Their return policy is simple as I was on the fence about ordering glasses online. I did pay $20 for three coatings. Anti-glare, scratched resistant, and uv coating...UPS prices went up so shipping was 9.95. I figured $30 for a pair of glasses was a bargain. Their return policy is a full refund including shipping cost. You can mail them back for free. My brother got a pair, no upgrades and no coating. He is pleased at the moment. He paid 9.95 for shipping and that was it.

Denine0811 — Wow! Ordered a pair yesterday and what a fun experience. I used the awesome photo upload feature and was able to "try on" hundreds of pairs to find the right one! Even with the narrowing down process, they have so many great looking frames that it was hard to decide. The webcam photo worked great as I was able to position my face perfectly to fit. I found the site to be very user friendly. Live chat with a specialist is also available. I had a question regarding one of the numbers on my RX and they answered my question within 60 seconds. My grand total was $13.90 for S&H for a new pair of glasses!

Patrice — Denine, hang in there... they will come... and for everyone else, I SO agree, this deal is amazing! I got CONVERSE glasses for the $6.95 shipping charge only. The way to do this is simple. Get your hard copy prescription from your eye doctor. By law, they HAVE to give it to you. MAKE SURE they include the PD # on it.... go home and order these. This simply cuts out the middle person and that's where the huge $300 mark up/profit comes in. I will do this ALWAYS from now on. Brad and staff, your site is amazing! I have used it for well over a year since Black Friday 2010! I also forward links to friends and family! Thank you again!
