Jen at BradsDeals — Hi Kris, the fine print reads, "Requires 2-year Agreement and activation of a new line of service. Excludes upgrades. Corporate Liable accounts excluded. Requires activation on an Everything data plan." It sounds like the activation is included in exchange for signing a new 2-year contract.
