mlh416 — Buyers beware . .I ordered several shirts and was invoiced for the amount plus shipping that i knew I had to pay. When my CC statement came I was billed three different times and because they said they had to fill the order from branch stores and not from the warehouse they charged me sales tax and additional shipping. I told them it is not OK to quote a price and switch it up because they had to fill the order from various stores. Someone else was suppose to call me after they looked into and I have never heard from Jos Banks. I will be disputing with my CC company. Very disappointing business practice.

Then, today Thursday, January 24th I received and email from Jos A Bank stating the pants were soldout. I am so disappointed with them. What kind of business treats their customers this way? I want these pants or something comparable.
