Update: This is now out of stock! The Kindle Fire 7" Android Tablet with Special Offers drops from $159.99 to $127.99 when you add it to your cart at ToysRUs.com. With in store pickup, that's the lowest total price we've ever seen for a new Kindle Fire, and the current low by $31. It featured a the best version of Google's Android OS to date, a quick sports a dual core processor, 8GB of internal storage, and the ability to stream content directly from Amazon Cloud Storage. Note that it WiFi is the only option here, no 3G. Sales tax is charged in most states.

DancinB — You had to put it in the cart and proceed to get the free shipping. I had one in my cart ready to go, but when attempting to move forward with the order they apparently ran out, because it is no longer online at all. Rats!

Yvettemosborne — Attempted to order this tablet and apparently paid for it and was waiting on the email to take to Toys R Us to pick it up, only to find out they cancelled my order because they only have the HD model. Come to find out there are no Kindle Fire wifi's at any location on the Island of Oahu. What I'm annoyed about is, why did they let me order if there weren't any? I was really put out because I have been without a Kindle for two months now and was super excited to be getting this deal.

Caralee — We tried to buy this. I got it in my cart, was told to pick it up in the store which was fine, and we got the discount. We paid, and were waiting for our email that we can pick it up. Instead, we got an email stating that it was not available, and our order was canceled! I took my email receipt to Best Buy and they matched the price. We showed them the receipt, and they honored it. Funny thing is, when Best Buy tried to find the add, Toys R Us took it off their website. That Kindle was not listed at all!

Gail — I got the best deal, thanks to the bad service I had at Toys R Us...on hold for 14 minutes trying to get the confirmation of my order. When my call was finally answered, the customer service" person snapped, "we don't have any". I explained that the charge was already debited from my checking account - she hung up on me! I called back and, after another 11 minutes, asked to speak with the store manager. The first 5 minutes was spent by relating my views on how calls should be answered in a timely manner, followed by my dilemna with the 2 Kindles and the charge. The manager was nice enough to check his computer (said they hadn't had the old Kindles in for a long time). Finally, he offered to let me have the newer Kindle Fire HD (2 of them) at the $129 price...for all the trouble I had with his customer service agent. Now, THAT is class...
