Casey at BradsDeals — Hi, we just checked and this code is still working for us. I don't know who you were talking to at Lenovo, but they definitely accept coupons on their website. When you go to the shopping cart, there is an "E-coupon" box on the right side of the screen. Just enter USP1OT17299 exactly with no extra spaces before or after the code and it should work.

Jim C. — Here's a long story about this deal. I placed an order just after the deal was announced and missed the e-coupon box before the order was complete. I call the 800 number and it was closed so I used the 24/7 chat. I was informed to go to the order and cancel it then replace the order. Well I couldn't figure out how to cancel it from their instructions so I went back to the chat. That person said they would cancel the first order and assist me with a new order. Now I have two bags that were just delivered, one I paid full price the other the discounted one. I called the toll free line and was stuck in "hold hell" for over an hour. I used another phone to call the toll free, this time I selected the option to place an order and of course this time I got straight through to a person who spoke very clear English. He couldn't help me but put me trough to someone else where I again waited for 10 minutes (I was still in "hold Hell" on the other phone). Once someone (in broken English)answered it took an additional 8 minutes to get a return authorization and pickup. They stated that it will take up to 2 weeks to get the credit for the first order. My advise is NOT to do any business with this company, they are more than the usual screwed up and really don't care other than the usual lip service of "I understand your problem sir, and I am very sorry for that".
