Empress_c — I did purchase one mainly because of the price and what they said it was capable of doing. It is ridiculous. You cant add apps to it. You can only use whats on it, which is nothing. I tried to return it and they refuse to take it back. So I would advise everyone to stay away from the tablet. I am going to return it despite what they say.

Brandie — Dang I just ordered it and then read the comments :( I sent email to customer service but who knows if they will cancel it in time... :( The FAQs says : For defective merchandise, notify us by filling out the form on our Contact page within 21 days of delivery for an exchange. Please include your order number, the name of the product, the date of purchase, and the issue you are having with the item. If the defective item is out of stock, it can be returned for a full refund. Just so ya'll know ... for those whose was defective.

STACEYMAYEUR — I bought one of these from a different site. It broke within 2 months. In the process of getting a new one I found out that Pandigital was liquidated. They are no longer in business. Thank goodness that I took out the insurance & got a full refund of my purchase price. This is a prime example of YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!

I placed in order but I was declined because the address with different than my shipping address... no big deal... but then a day later I find out my credit card it's been charged for over 179 dollars. did not receive any correspondence from the company or a order that I was charge for. call the company and they told me I would have to take care of this via email but there's no .way to get IN contact .them on the site they gave me to contact. and they won't deal with it over the phone. I love BradsDeals I have ordered several things off of BRADS we never had a problem with anything. but this 1 sale a day .site is absolutely the worst theives I've ever seen . and now my bank have to fight them it will take 60 to 90 days to get my money back.. please don't make the mistake that I made. please Brad take these people of your site they're hurting you. and its horrible but I have to be out 179 + dollars at Christmas. now I probably won't be able to post this.
