New models of 8GB iPhone 3G are priced at $99 while the newer iPhone 3GS (16GB only) is $199. To receive the refurb phone at this price, AT&T requires you sign a two-year contract. There are three individual rate plans ($39.99 for 450 minutes / 5000 night & weekend, $59.99 for 900 minutes / unlimited night & weekend, and $79.99 for 1,350 minutes / unlimited night & weekend) plus $30 for unlimited the unlimited data plan (email and web), visual voicemail, rollover minutes and unlimited mobile-to-mobile.
