    AT&T knocks $50 off refurbished Apple iPhones, now $149 for the 8GB model or $249 for the 16gb. Plus, there's free 2-day shipping. While these were briefly $99 in December, new models of the combination cellphone / iPod / PDA are currently priced at $199. To receive the refurb phone at this price, AT&T requires you sign a two-year contract. There are three individual rate plans ($59.99 for 450 minutes / 5000 night & weekend, $79.99 for 900 minutes / unlimited night & weekend, and $99.99 for 1,350 minutes / unlimited night & weekend) with unlimited data (email and web), visual voicemail, 200 text messages, rollover minutes and unlimited mobile-to-mobile. Sales tax charged in most states.
