Ali — Beware - AT&T is literally the worst service I have ever used and I cannot wait until my contract is up. I went in to the store 15 different times in 2 weeks and spent 3 hours on the phone getting the "rewards" I was promised as well as getting them to fix my contract.

Ahasiuk — Complaints R a must, because Merchants R getting away with stealing, have problems with AT&T, but I usually get mine, but not from the cable Co., but Cable service is better!

Lubkoyah1 — Beware is right I switched back in December for a similar deal. $250 back. Now two months later, I got $100, When I call all I get is excuses and different number to call. I'm tired of being on hold for 30 min and talking to computers. Very sorry i switched.

sj64 — Bad, something is always wrong on our bill, we did not get the bundle deal they signed us up for and are being charged $70.00 more than stated. There is just ALWAYS something wrong with either the service/or billing. Don't do it. Very frustrating.

Mrsu2002 — Never really had trouble with ATT. I have had some form of it for 6 years. First DSL now Uverse (Internet and tv.) I have changed my package a few times especially during March Madness. I just call and change it. Sometimes I will call and get a special price sometimes just the listed price. With ATT wireless I do get placed on hold but I always get what I want.

Mark — I've had no issues with my ATT U-verse (live in GA). It's been rare that we experience any outages, even during severe weather. I have had some difficulty with the buttons on the remotes wearing out (we watch loads of DVR'ed TV!), but technical support has done a great job dealing with our issues, both over the phone and via chat. After being a traditional cable subscriber for many years, U-verse has been a joy. Oh yeah, one more thing...you can adjust your services online very easily.
