GUEST — They are so cheap in prices because they all are "refurbished." I don't know about you but I don't like buying something that's been fixed or previously owned by someone. I'd rather pay full price and know that nothing is wrong with the product. Guess it's personal choice...

Shellsbeach — Refurbished items are good. Do a google search on NU Wave to see how many people they have ripped off!! Pretty scarey when they belong to BBB. They even have an official consumer complaint website. seems they have taken customers for thousannds of dollars!!!

ImaHousemouse — I've been ordering from 1saleaday and Ben's Outlet since last Oct. Yeah, they can be super slow shippers, but for the most part, they have killer prices and good mdse. My best suggestion is to use Paypal to pay for your items and you will have all the protection you need. I just bought the $55 Shark Nav., and it is at least my 20th order since Oct., spending hundreds. They aren't perfect, but aren't theives either.

ImaHousemouse — Overstock.com sells refurbed Sharks too, at over twice he price, and the items are highly rated there...4.7, 4.8 stars. I will risk it, and I never buy refurbs on electronics. These are at least warrantied by Shark.
