PatG — Beware when dealingwith sears.com. I ordered a stainless juicer on December 1, 2011 for a Christmas present. After placing the order, the receipt showed it wouldn't be delivered to the store until 1/4 - 6, 2012. I waited and called when it didn't arrive. I was told that they couldn't fill the order but would gladly cancel it -- sure, it was a 24-hour sale and I got it at half price. I said I would accept a comparable replacement, but they allege "they can't do that." I persisted and was told last week that the item would be delivered to the store today. I spoke with someone yesterday who confirmed it would be available for pickup today. Well, today I received an e-mail stating that my order was canceled at my request!!!! A call to a supervisor produced nothing but "apologies." They have my funds for a month and a half and I have no merchandise. No wonder the store is in trouble.

Suntown3 — Sears has self inflected this problem of not having consumers at their doors to buy. They are still doing this today, when they are full of unsold Christmas inventories
