Discover Card offers a first month free deal for their newest card, the Discover Teen Card, via code BT709. Designed for parents to help their teens control spending, the Discover Teen Card works as a rechargeable debit card. Parents can decide how much the teen can spend, restrict shopping in categories like ATMs, hotels, tobacco and liquor stores, set daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits, monitor purchases online, receive email or text message alerts, and add funds from a major credit card or from a checking, savings account or direct deposit. Membership is $5 a month.
