Sorry to hear about that!

I'll try and explain a little better how this broke down. It looks like you tried this at almost midnight too so perhaps Sierra was working in a timezone where the day was over.

So, this is normally $17.95. Yesterday, Sierra had a sale of 20% off everything so the price on this page was $14.36. Then, when add it to your cart you'd see another 20% off listed in red as "Your 20% Brad's Deals discount has been applied to your item!" This brought it down to $11.48.

Today, the first "20% off everything" is over but Sierra has a new promo (seen here): 10% off $75, 15% off $100, 20% off $125 or 25% off $150. Essentially, if you had $125 in your cart, you'd get the same price as yesterday on this top. Actually, to illustrate this point, if you change the quantity in your cart to 10 of these the price drops to $10.73 each because of both the 25% off $150 and the 20% off BradsDeals discount. Does this make sense?

Can you explain which part of the process wasn't working as it should for you? I couldn't tell from your original message.
