Marysanday — I did NOT get the $5.00 "New Customer" discount with my order. I bought 2 of the same item and got $2.00 off for each item, making a total of $4.00 off. The total of the first 2 items was almost $40.00 Then I added a third item ($18.99) and was given an additional $1.00 off. Although I got a total of $5.00 off, it was not the $5.00 as promised as a new customer. As my order was over $50.00, (almost 60) there should have been a TEN DOLLAR NEW CUSTOMER DISCOUNT, as I understand it. This was my first order, and my last.

Marysanday — Drugstore.com...this gets worse! My package arrived Thanksgiving Eve @ 6:59 PM, very dark outside. My UPS Tracking informed me of the delivery time. I was expecting the delivery, so I was home. The box was just left in my yard. No doorbell, no knock on the door. I found the box about 8:30 PM. When I opened the box, I found that the three Items I had ordered were together in a plastic bag, inside the delivery box, two boxes of 24 count, chocolate NECCO wafers and a firetruck M&M dispenser. One box of 24 count NECCO wafers was factory wrapped in plastic...very neat. The second box of NECCO wafers was open and the individual rolls of the wafers were all over the place. The wafers are thin and brittle. I KNEW they would be broken. I gathered the rolls of wafers together and ATTEMPTED to put them back into their box. THEY WOULDN'T FIT!! The reason...there were 25 rolls instead of the 24. This tells me that the box was NOT FACTORY SEALED when it was packed for delivery to me. A FREE roll of candy?? Not really. I opened it and found it to be SO damaged, that the crumbs and broken pieces ended up all over my feet and the floor! They are now in my vacuum cleaner. Not so free! I am THOROUGHLY disappointed with this. The Fire engine M&M dispenser is as cute as can be. I am very happy with it. As I mentioned in my first comment, this was my first and last order with Drugstore.com.
