Sent email and it was returned to me "rejected"...I too am becoming very leery about this company...I just wished to check on the status of my order and no way of contacting them. Julie — This is my first time making a purchase that was recommended by BradsDeals. I placed an order about a week ago and was able to use the code. Problem is, I didn't get a confirmation email. I've tried calling, but their phone line doesn't work. I emailed 5 DAYS AGO to get a status update but no response yet. My credit card has already been charged. WTF is going on here? I'm about THIS CLOSE to calling my credit card company to get a charge back. The company obviously does not want to deal with their customers right now. It seems like the only people that can get through to them is BradsDeals. If BradsDeals can't resolve this issue soon, then this website is total garbage.

But all of those are downtown Chicago locations, which sometimes get deliveries quicker than other parts of the country. I'll check with our contact to see what the status is on the wreath shipments.
