BradsDeals.com Moves to Northwestern University Technology Innovation Center

Evanston, IL - August 31th, 2004

BradsDeals.com, an online discount shopping portal, is now headquartered at the Technology Innovation Center, a non-profit joint venture between Northwestern University and the city of Evanston, Illinois. The Technology Innovation Center was developed to support the growth of early stage technology companies.

"The flexibility, services and access to Northwestern University students and faculty that the Technology Innovation Center offers is the perfect environment for a growing business. It is a wonderful concept and something there is not enough of," said BradsDeals.com CEO Bradley P. Wilson, 24.

BradsDeals.com was founded by brothers Bradley P. Wilson and Campbell M. Wilson. Born in Chicago, they developed the idea for the website while students at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and started the company in 2001 at the ages of 20 and 19, respectively.

Through partnerships with over 400 top online retailers BradsDeals provides its visitors with over 1000 free coupons, discounts and exclusive prices, all in one central location. Partners include the online arms of traditional retailers such as Dell, Gap, Office Depot and Target, as well as internet retailers such as Amazon.com, Buy.com, Blue Nile and Overstock.com. With over 200,000 visitors a month and over $15 million in sales generated annually for its merchant partners, BradsDeals.com is both a cost-savings to consumers and a cost-effective way for businesses to acquire customers.
