Since announcing a new $229 8gb iPod Touch, Apple has cut prices on refurbished iPod Touch models. The 8GB model (scroll down the page) is $179 (a $20 drop), the 16GB model is $219 (an $80 drop) and the 32GB model is $319 (an $80 drop). This iPod Touch is similar to the first-generation iPhone but without the monthly AT&T bill (and the phone capability). It has the same touchscreen interface, 3.5" widescreen display and wi-fi web browsing plus direct wi-fi downloads from iTunes. It has the YouTube button, calendar and photo application.
