Save yourself!!! Don't make the same mistake I did!!! I ordered flowers on 02/28/14 to be delivered that same day for my mother-in-law who lives in the States - as do we. As of 8am today there still have not been a delivery made. I have been in email contact with Sebastian regarding this matter. He originally told me there was a communication error with the local florist and that they would be delivered on 03/03/14. I have asked for a refund - NOTHING. I have asked for the name of the local florist so that I could call them and find out if perhaps there had been a mistake with the delivery address - NOTHING. Today I received an email from Sebastian that the delivery was made. When I emailed back stating that they had NOT been a delivery - NOTHING. I cannot believe that I was so stupid as to use a company that I am not familiar with. I am not finished with this yet. If need be, I will have my legal team address this matter.
I used 2flowers.com to send flowers to my girlfriend who lives abroad. I order the flowers on Friday and they were correctly delivered on Saturday, it was delivered by a local florist.-
Variety & Choice: its was ok, there were few roses options.
Quality: Fresh flowers, nice boquet.
Special Offers & Promotions: I couldnt find a coupon
Delivery Cost / Efficiency: The service fee/delivery cost its included on the price, all other international flower delivery sites add these fees at the end of the purchase.
Ease of Use / Navigation: Simple like Google
Customer Support: I didnt have chance to contact them.
Overall Star Rating: Its a really good company, I used another companies for sending flowers to my girl abroand, but this is the first on that deliver her fresh flowers on time.

For the negative reviewers, please also review sites when you get a good service from companies, because people usually only post bad reviews and not good ones.
