He finally offered the appropriate credit and I was OK until I received an email stating my refund would be issued partially in credits offer future travel booked through them. I have responded by email stating the terms of the guaranty an
d including a screenshot of the lower fare but have again received an email citing the reduced refund amount. I willfollow up with my credit card company and the attorney general's office to see that this is resolved.
