GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I miss ordered the shoe with the wrong size. Called right after and it was immediately changed and i was even able to pick them up in the store FOR FREE!! :D

Beware of this company, shady to say the least. Ordered a women's pair of Nike Shoes. Received them. Did not fit, not return form. called did not get return add. for 48 hrs. Returned them via UPS not worn in orig box. Did not receive credit to amex card put in dispute. Finish Line says never rec'd. UPS says delivered will not credit my acct Terrible co. do not deal with them. Brad's deals should stop advertising this co

Weirdness going on here -- ordered the NCAA hoodie deal, got a confirmation email and charge against my account. Then charge disappeared and got an email asking me to call, and they said their was a web glitch and they needed to get my card number again. Seemed weird, but gave them the number anyway. Now trying to track order and it says my order has been cancelled. Can't get through to customer service, and the web site is fairly useless. Beware.
