This is the first bad experience with a Brad's deal purchase. Order was placed on 1/18 - I cannot get a status from customer service. Will attempt to get a refund on the purchase. Do not plan to ever buy again from GearXS !!
Poor Customer Service. Ordered iPad Mini case on 12/13/2013. Still says it is in packaging as of 12/24/2013. Contacted customer service and they send it was a problem with the shipper and they would put a trace and find tracking number. Can't believe they did not have tracking number.
Still have not received product or tracking number.....They sure charged me on a timely basis, just have not delivered in status, delivery or customer service.
