Graveyard Mall Reviews

GraveyardMall.com billed me the day I ordered the item. Item has not yet shipped (33 days since order was placed). Graveyardmall.com has a message indicating website down for maintenance and should be back shortly for over a week. They have not responded to emails to customer service and their corporate HQ and customer service numbers all have pre-recorded messages. STAY AWAY!

The first couple of purchases made from Graveyard Mall were fine. Shipped in a timely manner and great products. However, I placed an order 2/13 and STILL have yet to receive the items but they have no problem taking my payment. Seems they are taking on too much business to handle.

I STRONGLY suggest doing search on "Graveyard Mall reviews" before making a purchase!! I placed an order of 2 boxes of 24 assorted Webkinz and received them just fine as promised. They were selling individual Wekinz so I placed 4 more separate orders for several people I knew. A couple of weeks go by & they say "Still Awaiting Fullfillment". I sent an email, they said they would do their best to ship them the following week. Nothing. Sent another email. More promises about shipping. Looked up reviews on their site and they were rated 1 star!! They also charge you for your order BEFORE they ship the items!! After reading the reviews, I sent an email telling them that I had read their reviews about unfullfilled promises about shipping and I wanted an immediate refund. I would have given them one star had I not received my refund the same day. Here's the timeline: The 4 orders I did not receive were placed on 1/25/13. Last email promise to ship "soon" 3/20/13. Refund 3/20/13.
