The problem is their referral program rewards codes cannot be combined with the every day coupon codes that anyone can get. So you arrive at the homepage to see basically everything is 50% off, and think "Great, with this code and all the referral codes I've got for recommending the site to friends, I have I can get something practically free.' Wrong. It's either, or. Making their referral program basically pointless. If they want to reward customers for promoting their site then actually do it in a way where the rewards can be combined with the codes that are just as valuable but that anyone can receive. Will not order again, mainly because of their unwillingness to make their mistake right.
