Joe's New Balance Outlet Reviews

I have been ordering from Joe's New Balance for several years and my experience has been great. The items ordered are shipped as requested and the prices are outstanding. Great customer service & products.

Ordered 2 pair of shoes on 2/14/2013, did not receive notice that one pair was unavailable until afternoon of 2/18/13. The other pair has still not shipped as of 2/19/13. After several emails asking when I received no response. Upon calling today to cancel the whole order I was told they were "unable" to cancel orders. ????? They cannot even give me any kind of window of when the shoes will be shipped. This place is not worth the supposed savings. I found the same shoes $5 cheaper on Amazon. I will stick with Holobird Sports, they are the best. Stay away from Joe's New Balance Outlet.

I have been buying from Joe's for well over a year and about 6-8 pairs of NB. I really like the prices and the specials but the reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is I wear a 4E width and it is either feast or fammin. One week, 4-6 styles available. The next, it could be weeks with nothing available.
