I placed an order on Dec. 6. I didn't find out for about 1 week that the items were backordered. They were finally shipped the day after I sent an email asking about them. I received the order on December 23rd, but half the items were backordered. I have sent them 3 emails letting them know I did not receive everything and requesting any info on when I should receive the shirts. Finally, on 12/31 I received an email asking which part of my order I did not receive. I immediately replied, but still haven't heard from them. BUYER BEWARE! Their tshirts may be priced well, but their customer service is the worst I have seen!!! I will not order from them again, and will warn as many as I can about them.
Customer service is HORRIBLE. Basically non-existent. I put in an order on 11-29-13 and still have not received my shirts. I have email them on 3 occasions in an attempt to get an update on the shipping date and other than the auto response from the computer, I have received zero return emails. I bought these shirts for gifts (as we all are this time of year) and now I am concerned I wasted my money and will have to go purchase another gift for my family members instead. This company is dropping the ball in a huge way. No matter how funny their shirts are, this is no laughing matter.
