I'm posting this message as a warning to others, and in protest to the way I've been treated by Miss KL's customer service. A few months back I ordered a pair of shoes. The box arrived quickly, but due to an unfortunate mistake they had packed the wrong order. Something supposed to go to a male customer with a size 12 instead of my size 7.
This is were all the trouble started. I tried to make contact about this, but I received no response. Not untill I opened a dispute through paypal about three weeks later. Then all of a sudden they contacted me. Since the contact was then established and going well, we agreed I would send back the wrong package and would get a full refund. I did so, sent the package back and sent them a confirmation with tracking. A few days later the dispute through Paypal automatically closed, and despite my unwavering attempts I have still heard nothing since. I have been stolen from by MissKL.
