I bought the cookies, which looked gorgeous in the photograph, and arrived looking like little rolled up hot dog appetizers. In the photo they had big fruit centers and looked like big stars. I bought the Cara Cara oranges which arrived looking old, and a couple had black mold on them. They were juicy, but had no flavor. Regular oranges had more flavor than they did. I sent the Italian sandwich as a gift, and they enjoyed it very much, but said it was so rich, they felt they'd gain many pounds. I sent the Amarylis to relatives and hope it blooms three weeks after they pot it. I sent my nephew a box of red grapefruits which he said were nice, but the additional red pears he said had a couple over ripe ones that were squishy.
They advertise "Satisfaction Guaranteed." They may talk the talk, but they don't walk the walk. Fedex left my shipmnet to freeze in the minnesota winter. When I contacted Pittman and Davis, seeking a replacement, the cranky customer service lady turned me down flat. Apparently this was my fault.
