Tanga Reviews

I have ordered from Tanga numerous times, but no more. I'd give them a negative rating if at all possible. NOT A SINGLE ORDER WAS EVER HANDLED PROPERLY!! And don't even think about modifying or cancelling an order...they will conveniently delay responding until after they post the item as being processed or shipped and then send you a form reply stating that you can return it for a refund MINUS SHIPPING COSTS!!! If you take a couple of minutes search for the same item on the internet you will probably find it cheaper and available from a better merchant, CIP a neoprene face mask they advertised at like 99% off or some such nonsense was available for less on Amazon with free shipping. I have ordered magazine subscriptions, rings, cables, etc from them and as I stated there was an issue with every single order. If you notice they don't allow for reviews, using a lame excuse that because they sell out so quickly reviews wouldn't be appropriate...YEAH I MIGHT BUY THAT, FROM SOMEONE ELSE!!

It takes 5-7 days to process any order. Do not expect a fast turn around. It is noted on their site that it takes up to 10 days. Ordered 2 items. One was processed and TANGA thought it was all processed. Emailed CS and they responded and reprocessed order. It took another 5 days to ship. Total turn around was 20 days to arrive. Should not expect simple mistakes. Low rating compared to other low cost stores.

I was very disappointed with the "free" first aid kit----paying for shipping $4.99. It was a "pocket sized kit" that I could have gotten from the dollar store for a dollar. I was a first time customer with TANGA and I can say that I will never order anything from them on again.
