The dresses run small and if you need to order another size you have to rush order it at double the cost. Ordering extra fabric doesn't expedite the process either. The expected time for the material is 2- 4 weeks. It actually took 7 weeks to get the material which is insane. This is only after calling and calling and pleading my case. That is not enough time considering once you get the material you will still need to alter it. I've been a bridesmaid before and I have never had problems like this. There is a huge disadvantage to not being able to go to a physical store when it comes to trying on dresses and getting them altered.

Without notice, Weddington Way extended their delivery by a month. I immediately called and advised them that this is unacceptable customer service. I had previously been assured and promised that the dress would be delivered before the end of March. I informed them I was assured the item was an in-stock item and there were no foreseeable delays. I asked what the reason for the delay and if I should place my order with a different vendor. When I received no response from Lindsay, I emailed my request to cancel my order. Unfortunately, I receive no response to my cancellation. I called and asked to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor apologized that the staff did not provide me with a status update, or inform me that my dress was out of stock, and that I would receive my order by the end of April. I asked her to contact her vendors, ask for ANY Donna Morgan dress in my size and the color requested by the bride, and to change the order to whatever is available. I have no dress todate
