I purchased an Invicta watch from World of Watches and the band fell apart after 5 days. Despite three emails to their customer service department I have heard nothing from them regarding assistance or replacement of the watch. Fortunately I used a credit card (Discover) which offers a refund on defective purchases.
World of Watches seem to have great deals but I would never buy from them again.
