Tried to order online, refuse to process my order. Then tried to place an order through the phone shopping center, placed it on December 7th with the estimated delivery of 7-10 business days. Then called 5 times over the next 12 days to check on the order to see if they had sent it yet, each time getting the response that there had not been any further action taken on the order. On December 20th, I cancelled the order because they still hadn't processed the order to begin to send it to me. Customer service was no help, each time I called they said that there was nothing they could do but say how sorry they were. Sorry doesn't get me the item that I ordered for a Christmas gift.
