It's a little tricky, so we'll break it down for you. Each bid you make requires a certain number of tokens, which you purchase. Each auction has a set number of bids that can be made before the auction is closed. To win the auction, you need to have the highest unique bid. For example, say a product is up for auction with a bid range of $0.01 - $18.99. If you and only you were to bid $18.67 and it was the highest bid not duplicated by another bidder, you then win the auction.
